Good spot to grab a hot or cold beverage and something to eat. Grab and go or set and stay!

I got takeout. 5-3/19 Unfortunately I was too far away to take it all back. BLT was crumbs of bacon. Not one strip of bacon on the small sandwich. Potato chips were all broken. Blueberry/ lemon bundt cake dry as a bone. Burnt crust 1/4 in thick under the icing. Couldn’t eat. Called to speak with manager. She didn’t offer a refund. VERY DISAPPOINTED. LOST A CUSTOMER 😡

I have been going to Coffee Please for almost 4 years and have to say it has the best quality flavored coffee choices I have had. Whenever we go on vacation I try to find a good cup of coffee and nothing compares. I also do a number of business meetings here. All of the staff are super nice. Thanks for creating a nice space.

I loved the atmosphere and the coffee was delicious! I had the divine with the raspberry peach cake, it was tasty. The employees are friendly.

We are new Madeira residents and went here for the first time this morning. Excellent atmosphere and good coffee! I had the Madeira's Choice medium roast. My wife got a smoothie and a puffin muffin. Everything was great. Go here!

Absolutely love this shop. Coffee is great. They have a nice mix of beans as well as coffee drinks that you can get. Almost always have 5+ different flavors of coffee available and many more types of drinks if that's not your thing. Not the absolute greatest if you are looking for a quiet place to get work done. But if you want a good drink at a fair price and maybe a muffin, scone, or small meal this is the perfect spot

Good coffee that isn't Folgers and an environment that feels like you're in a summer camp cabin, a charming but questionable roadside diner (the best kind), and a certified babushka's abode. Enchanting! 5 stars!

Really neat place! Definitely a family run business with lots of charm and personal attention. People really clearly enjoy coming here. There is plenty of seating both indoor and outdoor. They also roast their own coffee and have a huge selection for your purchase. Service was quick and very friendly. Five stars!

Local cafe vibe - lovely coffee/chilled coffee/other delights like smoothies and small plates (cookies, wraps, small salads) on offer. Can also buy from a large selection of freshly ground coffee. What makes it special beyond the yumminess is the bohemian vibe: from the coffee bean roaster in the open area with a 'don't play with the roaster' sign (makes me smile), to the hip staff, to the support post with donated coffee sleeves to take for a free coffee- this feels like someone's home that you get to hang out in. Starbucks is a short block away but i notice that locals prefer Coffee, Please.

5 star coffee, 3 star food. I've had the iced coffee and a White Chocolate Frost (maybe? --something with coconut) and both are worth ordering again.The chicken salad sandwich filled my cravings, but the bread wasn't the most fresh. The mac and cheese has good consistency and flavor, and they give a nice to go portion. It's a teeny bit greasy/oily to be the only thing you want to eat though. Be nice to your stomach and add a half sandwich.

Excellant coffee..plenty of seating.....cozy..Many different types of coffee beans they roast and grind right in front of your eyes...Very good pastries sandwiches....etc..I highly recommend the yogurt with strawberries and granola...

Chicken salad was really good. Iced tea was good. Bathroom made me think twice about staying to eat.

We are from out of town and always like to try local coffee shops instead of the big guys. SO happy we found Coffee Please! Yummy coffee and excited to come back next time we are in town! Ps try the peppermint mocha!

I had a cold brew and lemon cake. In addition to customer service that lacked kindness. The coffee wasn't to bad but the lemon cake was dry and fell through on flavor.

Delicious coffee and pastries. Unfortunately the service loses three of the five stars they might have received.

Local favorite with my running group. I am vegan so I can only eat the packaged (not homemade) oatmeal. Service is friendly. Neat art on the walls. You can buy bulk coffee and various pastas/prepared food. I choose other places when I host groups though, for healthier options and vegan options.

My latte was wonderful! The atmosphere is warm and inviting. One of my favorite things about this coffee shop is the "pay it forward" wall...customers prebuy a cup of coffee for a special person, write a note for that person on a cardboard cup sleeve, and post that sleeve on the wall. Some notes dedicated cups of coffee to a new mom, to a tired nurse, or to someone just having a bad day. If you find a sleeve that fits you, you can take that sleeve off the wall and enjoy the gift of a free cup of coffee. Love this so much!

First time to coffee please and when I walked in I was pleasantly greeted with the aroma of fresh ground coffee. Not overwhelmingly so, just an amazing richness. The staff was friendly and make great suggestions. The chicken salad was to die for. Would have given 5 stars but the lack of signage made it difficult to find, resulting me driving around it twice.

Do yourself a favor and skip the lines, caffeine-crazed parking lot and over roasted coffee at the big chain stores and visit Coffee Please in Madeira. They have wonderful made to order drinks. Something for everyone, even if you are not a coffee fan. They roast their coffee beans in house every week. There is a nice variety of snacks, sweets, wraps, soups, salads and sides, too.

Nice little coffee shop with very reasonable prices. It's very friendly and the folks here were nice about answering questions. As far as the coffee goes, I liked the iced coffee a lot. Added a bit of creamer and a bit of caramel. You can also set up a tab with them! Very neat concept. Very old fashioned, but I can really appreciate the simplicity of it.

This place was great. I wish I had one closer to me. I only had a regular coffee, but it was not burnt, no crazy after taste, and no covering it up with cream and suger. I would almost say that it was the perfect cup of coffee. From what I saw there was a nice size variety. I drove an extra hour out of a 2 day trip to get there, and I do not regret it.

Love this shop. Espresso drinks are great and the vibe is very comfortable.

Really nice coffee shop with wonderfully creamy iced drinks. Their cakes are good, but all bundt so selection is limited. Seating is always available when we go and no loud music to drown out conversation. Skip the low carb drinks - they taste a bit flat.
